Limited Warranty. Lumen Dash hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from delivery (“Warranty Period”). If a covered defect appears during the Warranty Period, we will repair, replace (new or refurbished), or refund the purchase price at our option. Replacements are covered for the longer of 90 days or the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

How to get service. Email support@yourdomain.com with your order number, serial number (if available), and a description (photos/video help). We may require basic troubleshooting and software/firmware updates. For confirmed defects, we provide instructions and an RMA. We cover return shipping for DOA/confirmed defects; otherwise, you’re responsible for shipping. Use protective packaging and include all accessories.

Exclusions. This warranty does not cover: normal wear or cosmetic damage; misuse, neglect, liquid ingress, improper installation/wiring or power, accidents, drops, or operation outside specs; damage from third-party accessories, power supplies, or software/firmware; unauthorized repairs/mods (including opening the enclosure or removing serial labels); damage after delivery to the carrier (shipping damage claims must be made within 7 days); consumables/accessories (e.g., cables) except DOA; beta/pre-production units sold “as-is” unless stated otherwise.

Who’s covered. Original purchaser in the United States who bought directly from us or an authorized reseller. Non-transferable except as required by law. Proof of purchase is required.

Legal. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS) ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states don’t allow limitations, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary by state.
