We're not going to penalize you for opening the box and actually trying the product. That's the entire point.

Normal use during the 30-day period is completely fine. We want you to actually experience the Lumen Dash before deciding whether it's right for you.
We simply ask that you return the Lumen Dash with its included accessories and packaging, handle the return shipping, and take reasonable care of it while it's in your possession.
Products that have been intentionally damaged, modified, abused, or returned with missing components may not qualify for a full refund. This doesn't apply to normal use or simply opening and trying the product.
Until you've actually had the Lumen Dash sitting on your desk, we're the ones asking you to take a chance on something new. We think that's where the risk should belong.
